Thank you for shopping at Upairy. We want to ensure that your experience with us is completely worry-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at upairypottytraining@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Exclusions and Final Sale Items
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, products that show clear signs of use or have been altered cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and final clearance items are also non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at upairypottytraining@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
